The CT-Fix 70 enables the precise and stable positioning of smaller measuring objects in 3D coordinate measuring machines with X-ray computed tomography (CT). 

Thanks to its compact size and stackable components such as the funnel, extension ring and divider, it is ideal for measuring components with a diameter of up to 70 mm. The CT-Fix 70 ensures simple and reliable fixing, which enables optimum measuring accuracy. The versatile adjustment options offer flexibility for different object sizes and shapes, allowing multiple objects to be measured simultaneously.

Usage

  • Exclusively for CT measuring devices
  • Funnel, divider and extension ring made of special antistatic EPS with low density; for a wide range of materials of the component to be measured
  • Centering pin; inserted into adapter plate through divider etc. For center definition during measurement
  • Homogeneous wall thicknesses to avoid distortion
  • 2 different sizes; 70 and 130mm
  • Used by Werth-Messtechnik in the application center
